Default Tata Docomo Emergency Talk time

If any Tata Docomo prepaid users ever have a low balance and need to make a call they can now avail the emergency talk time service from Tata Docomo. This service is only available for prepaid GSM customers in Karnataka. The talk time amount given is Rs4 which can be received by sending a SMS Loan to 369 or by dialing USSD *369# from the registered mobile. There are no charges for this SMS or USSD, and the talk time amount will be recovered with a nominal fee within 24 hours. Customers can only get the Rs4 talk time if their balance is below Rs5.
A good move by Tata, as it will keep their customers with them especially the younger generation who use mobiles a lot and generally have a low balance therefore would be able to use this service when in need.

Your joking just Rs4 of talktime provided, it should at least be Rs10.

It maybe that Tata Docomo call rates are low hence the low emergency talk time provided. I think for Airtel minimum balance should be Rs5 to make a call.

Tata Docomo provides advance talk time of Rs. 4 in case of emergency. In my opinion it should be at least 10 Rs. Because it sounds so awkward to get just 4 Rs. of as an advance talk time. As Airtel provides minimum 10 Rs. and maximum of 50 Rs. talk time as advance. But still on the other side it's good that they are providing such a good option to their customers in case of emergency at least they can make the call now.

Thank you so much for letting us know mate. That's very useful to me, as I often run out of balance and end up getting embarrassed by the low balance notification.
Anyways, thanks once again mate! Are you using Docomo 3g? If yes, could you let me know about its speed and network coverage?

Yes, I agree with your point that an advance talk time of only Rs.4/- is just ridiculous. I think Idea offers Rs.25 advance talk time and they will deduct it from our next recharge. But an Advance of Rs.4/- is also very useful in emergency situations, so we cannot downgrade that.

But if a customer just deactivates his service after using up the advance, how they are going to recover it? Is there a way they could recover it from us?
