Its a pleasant surprise to see 'Real' channel in TS (channel #127). Its a part of 'Lifestyle Gold Pack'. The charge for this add-on package is still Rs 45 per month (Rs 450 pa).

So your saying that to have this channel they will charge you an extra Rs45 per month! That's a bit too much!

I'm not saying they should charge. I'm wondering how they are not charging?

What ever new channels TS has added in some package, that package price has increased by Rs 15 - 25.

although thats not true for the south packages where they havent increased prices even after adding new channels.. and in this case aswell the charge for lifestyle gold pack is the same.. so thats good..

I saw a bit of the new channel Real yesterday, it didnt really look that promising, just an ordinary channel which nothing special really. But they have this reality show called Sarkar ki duniya ( i think its called that), and all i found out was that there are 8 people on an island and dont know anything apart from that as it didnt seem much interesting.

Real is part of Lifestyle Gold package costing Rs.45/month.I haven't seen much of it but it seems that it will be a nice change for all reality tv enthusiasts.Btw wasn't there one Reality Tv channel(Eng.)which had nothing but real life incidents?

Neway i did check the real channel and looked quite promising.. the shows will be interesting esp since i like the drama in these reality shows.. M glad Tata Sky got it..

This channel is also being shown on Dish TV. But I don't think it is the same (old) 'Zone Reality' channel.

Initially, I too assumed that that its just a reality channel. But they have a few dramas as well. Some of their programs are really good, especially "Poker face". A good channel to have on TS
