I'm not getting any audio/video signal in my TS+ even the programs i recorded is also sowing empty list can any one tell me whats the problem...
only i am getting is the banners & program listing..

Plz can anyonr help me..

remove the power plyg and insert back to power, we observed many times same problem because of receiver hanged by weak signal

i dont know about the TS+ but i am a Dish TV user + dealer

In Dish some time it happens when there is very less signal available ie you dish antenna might have turned other side,but
as you are telling the recorded programs are also gone then i think its the problem of the STB so you have to take it to service center to get it repaired, may be due to voltage fluctuation there is some damage in the STB
