Thread: Tata Sky Set Max Problem??

I am not able to see Sony max (IPL) on tatasky at this moment. It is showing: "Set-top box is unable to recieve signal". The strange thing is : This is only happening in case of Max. All other channels are working normal.

Is it some problem on my end?? Or are all Tata Sky users facing this issue?

It is working normally now. Dont know why this happened.

I too faced the same problem. Sony Max pictures blacked out during IPL second semifinal for a short while. Other channels too faced technical glitches with frames overlapping and getting still pictures. Weather was fine at that time and so that may not be the reason. NO alerts or explanation offered by tata sky whatsoever. Maybe tata sky is offering its own version of live pause!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Exactly the same problem I faced. I first got worried that something may be wrong on my end.

So for around 30 min set max channels is not available on tata sky and rest all channels are working, that's really bad on part of tata sky, so all the tata sky users not able to view IPL match for 30 min so tata sky have spoiled the game for all their viewers.
