Tata Sky is the only DTH which doesn't provide good South Indian Channels for South Indian Users!!

It doesn't have Channels Like Asianet Plus(#3rd In Entertainment), Manorama News (#1 News Channel) and India Vison (#3 News Channel) - Tata Sky has Only 6 Malayalam Channels Including DD Malayalam. where all the other DTH provides 9-12 Malayalam Channels.

All the DTH Service(BIG TV, SUN DTH, DISH TV) provide These Channels Now even AirTel DTH also started to provide these Channels.

Why this Tata Sky doesn't show these kind of Channels, the package of tata is the same as from the time it started.

I'm a Tata Sky user, but nw i'm feeling so bad in taking Tata Sky.

"Not enough South Channels" ... this is the common complaint of Tata Sky customers.

there are hundreds of north indian channels also which r not available on tata sky.

basically tata sky is for indians. so all channels of all languages cant be there.

as far as u r concerned, just leave tata sky and go to that gonecase mallu cable operator - asianet

Very well said! . In addition, I must say, they have consistently added new south channels for south viewers. It cannot compare with Sun DTH as, Sun is primarily for south viewers. It does not have all India presence. On other hand, Tata Sky has to look after customers all over India.

Umm. Most ISP are coming up with special packages - North package and South Package. TataSky can do that also.

Well Yes when it comes to Regional channels tata sky is the worst. and have very less regional channels not only south but others as well.

For regional channels dishtv is best and offer max regional channels and have almost all the south channels one like to watch.

Tata Sky is ignoring Malayalees as deleting channels from their DTH platform one after other. Please spread messa to do not go for TataSky unless they correct themselves and respecting the diverse customer base. Shame that TataSky doesn't have any ethics and diversity as their corporate values.

They have removed Amrita and DD Malayalam. I was hoping they will add Asianet plus one day and they removed two .

Customer care says they are adding many more channels but they don't have any timelines for that.
