The customer care too is really helpful in recharging issues initially the IVR directs you through the process. Recharge coupons are also easily available in most cities. They all are applicable to recharge any account.

I went to a shop yesterday and asked the guy there that if i brought a recharge coupon from your (as in the printed receipt one) would I be able to recharge a Tata Sky account out of Delhi, and he said no. But he said if i had the account number then he could do it from the shop straight away????????
