Thread: Customer Service Number Busy

I have been trying to call tata sky customer service since this morning around 8am, and its just coming up busy continuously! I am practically tired now but also want my service to be working back again. Anyone else having any problems getting through to tata sky customer service?

I did call up in the afternoon to check if I too am facing the problem the but I got connected. it operates 24*7 there shouldn't be any problem on the customer service end may be you should try again I'm sure you will not face problems getting connected this time:25:

Well I have seen in the recent past that customer service of Tata sky is not very satisfactory and customers are facing problem in connecting to Tata sky.

Maybe it was a busy hour, I think I would be better to try their customer service late night! Least will be able to get through then.

Everytime i have tried it is free in the evening around 8-10.. If it is just refilling your balance you can always use other means, Net being 1 of them..

Got through to them finally! Ive seen the best thing is that never call Tata Sky customer service early in the morning between 9am to 11am and evening time from 5pm to 7pm.

Good info but nothing goes giving a try in case of emergency.

Even I have faced the same issues. The customer care is very very very busy. Few weeks back during the night around 9.30 pm the connection went off, I was getting message on the TV to check the antenna & other stuff ( the message you normally get during rain outage).But it wasn't raining that night. The I tried calling the CC. I tried for almost an hour but no use. It was busy. Then I went to sleep. Next day it(TataSky) was working as usual.

Ramesh did you call the toll free number, otherwise waiting on the phone for an hour must have cost a lot!

I tried calling both the numbers: Toll free & non-toll free.
