Rep Power: 7  |  Tata sky Recharge My account was due to expire well it has yesterday it expired, but I recharged my account 4 days ago with Rs500. Yesterday my account expired and my recharge was not showing up. I cant get through to the customer service team and im stuck without TV! |

Rep Power: 1 | Unless your recharge has not been processed you should not face such an issue. You need to contact the customer care they will be in a better position to show the status of your account. |

Rep Power: 2 | That is what i have said in my earlier comment that that Tata sky Customer service are going in downward trend as their customer cae numbe are very busy and their customer find it very diffing in connecting to Tata sky Customer care. |

Rep Power: 7 | yes its important to know your account status, how much your package is and how much is being deducted, as there must be mistakes happening which we generally over look! |
