    Default Tata sky Recharge

    My account was due to expire well it has yesterday it expired, but I recharged my account 4 days ago with Rs500. Yesterday my account expired and my recharge was not showing up. I cant get through to the customer service team and im stuck without TV!

    Unless your recharge has not been processed you should not face such an issue. You need to contact the customer care they will be in a better position to show the status of your account.

    That is what i have said in my earlier comment that that Tata sky Customer service are going in downward trend as their customer cae numbe are very busy and their customer find it very diffing in connecting to Tata sky Customer care.

    Hope your problem is solved because I connected to the customer care last night and got my problem sorted out.

    well i gave it 4 days before expiring date to recharge it, so I would have to face such problem but I did!

    Anyways i got through to them and the money was showing in the account they said but wasn't credited or something! So they done the deeds and it was sorted out!

    problem sorted out. I too have all my queries solved by the customer care but we need to take care and check for account transaction and also verify details of transaction.

    yes its important to know your account status, how much your package is and how much is being deducted, as there must be mistakes happening which we generally over look!
