poor services from tata sky

    Thumbs down poor services from tata sky

    If tata sky wants to survive in this compitition they need to improve on their policies and services. I have three connections of tatasky in my home still tatasky people don't have value of customers like me. Every other week one or the other connection has some problem and every time they charge me for the same complain on the same conneciton even within 15days. I am totally disatisfied with these people and I am seriously thinking about changing the service.

    You have good amount of Tata Sky connections. Three connections should be disctinctly placed to gain advantage of usage. The cables should well organized and prevented from natural damage. In case the hardware would have been in warranty you would not have been charged.

    It would be more helpful if you would specify exactly what is the problem which happens. Your criticism is very vague. For us on the forum, we would need to know exactly what issue do you have with Tata Sky. You can there is a connection problem but Tata Sky does not have any issue. As far as I know, Tata Sky has the best customer services among all the DTH providers and most user experiences validate that. So I am not sure if I fully agree with your account without the necessary details. Tata Sky is a highly professional company to indulge in such things.

    It's a well known fact that services of Tata Sky has gone down what they have earlier. as i have seen now lot of people are facing problem due to their services.

    Service of Tata Sky has always been good it is just packages that concern many.

    Yes Poor and costly packaging are main concern for Tata Sky. Further in past few month services of Tata Sky have been gone down and many people here are complaing about their services.

    Their service is intact I have recently faced channel problems and I got my issue resolved.:thumbup1:

    i don't think Tata Sky packages are that bad as they are made out to be. There are many factors to be considered while deciding a package. These packages may be costly to some but not to others. I have no problem with my package (i am on mega pack) but do understand others may.

    I disagree that services have gone down in last few months. Infact, more channels have been added. Plus, they have also had anew look to their software. Overall it appears that Tata Sky is pulling up its socks to take on competitors.
