Thread: Picture going off but sound there

For the past couple days from friday, while watching animax the picture goes off but the sound is there, when i change the channel the picture comes back, then i return to the animax channel then the picture is there. Today it also happened in zee cafe and star movies no rain by the way at these times and i am using ordinary tata sky and set top box . What to do its happening often also

have you contacted customer care on this?

Ask your other friends in ur area if they are facing the same problem from the same service provider. . . .

same problem is happening with my connection also....
i thk its some technical fault ,it will be okk soon,

check the signal strength and signal quality, error rate
(press 'organiser', 5 followed by 7) restore back by pressing 'TV'

it should be at least halfway. if the alignment is bad, perhaps you suffer. they come and do re alignment. at nominal charges or for free.

Its all over. Animax was axed by tata sky today. They are no longer providing the channel. Ya now all is ok. But i am plannin of switchin over to airtel
