Hello freinds i want to share my experiance of buying tatasky hd plus.
On 18-8-2011 i decided to opt for hd plus i contacted the dealer(family freind) he told us by the 5-9-2011 it will be done,ok we waited till 7-9-2011.i called up he said shortage it will come tommorrow. Next day he called and told me ya it has came give your details etc,we werd delighted till night nothing came.next day i called up he said yestercay i have booked up it will come within 48hrs.i was furious how come you people fools us.are we mad of some desparate rats i nicely scolded them i told them tmw is last day if you bring stb or cancel it better i dont wnt any tention.at last next day evening it got installed.
Picture quality-i am using now 29"crt as durinb festival season moving to led.in crt pq is very good,pvr is one of the best option in stb.
Channel package-is not upto the mark,mostly odd channel packages
Customer support-average i think we can say clear cut differance pre and post sale call.before selling very polite than your children
Post sale-listening as burden to them but its ok ,they listen atleast.
Expextation-atleast give 1 month free viewing period for all services let customer choose what he want later. [expextation kills joy]
Overll satisfactory but not up to the mark ,its ok life is full of annoying things.hope this is helpful for choosing any dth.thank you
