Rep Power: 2 | I do not think that it would be possible but still if you are determined to do this then i would suggest you to ask some local mechanic or ask the person who had installed TATA Tv at your home.. |

Rep Power: 2 | It would be good if you call TATA Customer care and then ask them to do this as it would be the best way to get it fixed again. Otherwise if you do it yourself you can mess it up. |

| Platinum Member | Yes. Why do you wish to reset? In any case if you wish to reset, there is an option in the Settings menu where you can reset the STB to factory defaults. It will reset all your settings (basically any passwords, child-locked channels, etc.) and then the STB will retune itself. It will also dowload the latest updates from the satellite.

| Pressing a combination of buttons on your STB can reset it. But I would suggest that you call them up and the person their can explain it better. |

Rep Power: 1 | Hi friends, Sorry for the above link as forum does not support If there is any problem with STB, you can reset it. Follow the steps: - 1) Turn the main switch off. 2) Then turn it on. 3) Press Guide, select, channel up and channel down buttons on STB simultaneously and dont release them. (you should be fast, you should do it within 2-3 seconds after step-2) Then you will get a message on TV screen. It says to switch off and then switch on the mains. After doing it your system will be reset. Enjoy |
