Rep Power: 0 | problem1: I reached more than a year of subscribing tatasky. last month i face t problem that i cant see channels properly. while cheking t signal strength in settings it was low. Than i went to check my dish wher i noticed a small crack behind t dish and it was due to heavy wind blow. Because of this i cant get t signal properly. Than i made complaint to customer care and they send engineers. they tried lot and they cant find t problem. than i told about t crack behind t dish. Than they told dish had to be replaced. and i accept to replace t dish. They charge Rs300 for dish replacement and Rs300 for service. i also asked t enginners about t cost for any other cost service in future. They told that even if they attend t complaint Rs300 will be charged and also for any other parts repaired. is this customer fault? They install worst parts and they will charge for that services. problem2:this Rs600 was detected in my account so amt went in minus and they unsubscribed after 5days. Then i again recharged for Rs500 and after that t message was sent by tatasky that service resumed. but no channels was displayed. i made a call they always put some recorded message and they didn't pick t call, because of this i lost Rs50 in my prepaid sim. And i again made a call but this time i went via by ordering a showcase and immediately my call was picked and problem was rectified. ordering showcase means,there is a service in tatasky were we can order new hindi movies for that they will detect Rs50 for that. " if any one want give complaint dont go through custome support, go via ordering a showcase so that they will pick t call immediately. |

Rep Power: 1 | I think that tata sky service is really bad if it works fine it works fine but if you have a problem and need servicing that is where we know what kind of company is tata till not i have not got any problem but there are many forum where people complain about the after sale service which is non existent in tata sky |
