Sindhi as in Pakistan's Sindh? if thats the case then it is illegal for you to have tata sky at your place any way..

If you already have it I have no idea how some one could do this huge favor for you..

You can top up your tata sky package by asking some one who is coming to India to get you a topup card.. get one with Rs3000 or may be get a couple of them so you wont have to ask anyone for a year or two.

I really am not too sure on if Pakistan government lets you have an Indian service providers service there in Pakistan.

Doesnt Pakistan have its own satallite television service or local cable operators? or even iptv.. Ive heard almost all of Pakistan is covered by wimax services so it would come to me as a surprise if you dont have satellite services there.

In any case I have an Idea for you (please only use this if its legal to do that for you in Pakistan else ignore my advise) :

There is a train that goes to Pakistan from Attari near Amritsar.. You might have to go to Lahore for this but I cant think of an easier way... Sikh pilgrims go to Pakistan to visit Gurdwaras in Pakistan and you can get in touch with one of them there and give then the money so to get a topup card for you so when they go back to India they can buy a topup for you and ring you to give you the codes so you can topup your connection.
