Thread: Helpline and website not working ?

Hey guys, i am unable to recharge my tata sky account using the bsnl helpline or the website's login option. Anyone else facing the same problem? I have just a day left to recharge

Tatasky is telling that its due to network congestion following the recent tariff changes.But hard to belive

Unless you have a very good internet connection.. it will be hard to do now.. I have managed to re-charge after many many tries.

I think they realy have some issue with their server.
