Thread: Different packages which to choose?

Tata sky is currently offering different packages like family pack, south, full south value pack, and super saver pack, etc. WHich is the best among them which has quite decent channels and value for money too.

Surely that is for you alone to decide.

I mean what do channels do you like to watch usuallly. What channels would your folks be interested in? And how much are you willing to spend per month.

I do not watch any Hindi Entertainment channels (well not for more than 5 minutes anyway). But that does not apply to my family members.

Well the decision is entirely yours, and it depends upon what your interests are. If you speak a south Indian language you need to choose from the south Indian packages. If not then you have two options one is the family pack and the second is the super saver pack which includes all the channels in the family pack as well.
The packages include Discovery and other channels! Once you have decided upon the package you can have the add on channels such as sport, lifestyle etc.

Basically the package all depends on your interests and what you want to watch!

You can always change the package after a month or add on packages.

well i dont agree , the dth channels are divided in totally crap packages , how ?

mother wants soaps, father wants news and sports, kid wnts cartoons, tenns want music n gossip, people like me like eng channels.

now sadly all the channels are divided in a way to force the customer to get the premium pack only

how about that??

Well unless your really specific to what channels you want then it is a problem, but otherwise in the family pack you have a combination of channels which show drama's, theres a variety of news channels, you have music channels, cartoon channels for kids, and a few entertainment channels such as discovery, history channel, geographical and many others and not forgetting move channels which all the family watch!
