    i have bought your tata sky product on 29 of july 2008. I am very satisfied with installation and result of tata sky. You provide us very good service and neat result. But every product has their some disadvantages of their own which can be removed by some debats.
    1 . Currently you are provide us channel v, m tv, mh1 . I refer for some more music channels like 9 xm, zee music,b4u, etc. I think at list two more music channel should be added.
    2 .As i am from gujrat i want some more regional channel like tv9 news in gujrati. Which is very popular at this time in our state.
    3.Your showcase facility is very good but i disappointed to say that you give a empty showcase to customers. You should give us more option. Hardly you put a worth movie in this section.
    4. Your site tataskycom is never working for login to your customers.
    5. Its good that you give a right to customers to change their package and addon packages by RMN. But you dont give us right to remove packages by RMN. If you give this facility to customers it will remove a burden to cc and we can save money when we remove packages.
    6 . You should give us a toll- free no. For cc. Its strange that that we pay 15 rs. For ten sports and when we want to remove it, we have do a std which cost us average 10 to 15 rs. (if we lucky cc will join us in 5 to 7 minits so,)thats why i suggest opt. 5th in this email.
    7 . When we call cc it generally takes 5 to 7(if we lucky) minits of hold than we can talk cc ex. which is not affordable.
    You can see that every point i suggest (expact opt.2) is not personal. If you adopt this suggestions it will great help to your customers and also to company of tata sky to increase their customers numbers.
    Thank for the great service of yours i enjoy it very much. If you adopt this suggestions it will more enjoyable expireance....

    the 48 hours has been gone in earth. Hope your tatasky office is on earth not on mars. There is no reply from you in 48 hours.
    One more thing i want complain about u is that you treating village coustmer as they r not part of india. Is it right?
    I saw many contest which u give it to us. All the contest have condition that if u r living in metro like bombay chennai etc... (Like frendz and family contest). I want to ask u one thing. are metro resident coustmers paying you in dollar? That why you give all facilty to them? Not to villagers like us. Why the double standards?
    That give me massage that i should not prefer your product to any of my frendz and family bcoz u think villagers are not part of tata sky.
    Do something about this.
