I used recharge facility only once but I find that paying by CC much more convenient and less problematic. 3. I had to call CC just twice on issues - other times (twice) was for MOD. I could get thru to CC in little less reasonable time (5 mins) but my issues were resolved within a day or two. 4. I always subscribe for a full year and that way I get two months discount. Because of this I rarely have to call CC at all. 5. I am not planning to change from DishTV because for Rs. 4500/- pa (multi-tv maxi package with discount), I get to watch many more channels. For TS, I will have to pay Rs. 5250/- (again refer to the above link) and I will only get a few more channels. If in future I buy a large screen LCD and I find quality not good enough, I may switch.

Rep Power: 4 | thanks for this valuable post... and i will go for tata sky only... coz there are few reasons behind that... 1. My Parents are looking for Tata only. 2. Service in my area is really good. 3. Most of people in my area got Tata Sky Dish installed so means its providing good service in my area thats why its growing. 4. I am impressed with the Brand Name. I understand Tata is bit expensive than Dish TV in terms of monthly rental and installation but still 40-50 rupees never gonna pinch if it provides satisfactory service... I hope Tata will not give problems like Sify..
