    Default Zone Reality Not Working

    For the past one week the Zone Reality channel on Tata Sky hasnt been working, i think it a back end problem, and nothing to do with Tata Sky itself, as if they were to remove the channel the Zone Reality channel option would not appear.

    ya same is with me too zone reality is not coming it shows only blue tata sky screen and after that there is an error which reads like there is a problem with channel provider or somthing like that. I will call tata sky care today and will update this space

    thanks for that, do let me know whats happening as it has been quite a long time now since the channel has been down.

    today i had a word with Tata sky for the same issue and got the info that its been dropped out from broadcaster and thats a policy taken by zone reality, now its excluded from package and would be included again when broadcaster will lauch it again and apart fromt hat i had a word with my friend and he is able to watch zone reality on Dish TV with no problems so it means its excluded from tata sky only not from other providers thats a problem between tata sky and zone reality only.

    j4x can you please check and update if you are getting this channel or not.

    Zone Reality is not been seen on DishTV also - for a week or older now.

    Its probably the back end problem from the channel itself then.

    but according to tata sky its a problem between tata and zone reality and they will include this channel again.

    Zone Reality is having problem with TS and DishTV both. My DishTV CC also informed that Zone Reality will return after the problem is sorted out (he did not explain "what problem" inspite of asking).

    They should have at least told you what the problem is, i mean your paying for the service you need to know what the problem is, did they give a time scale when the problem will be resolved?
