Thread: Tata Wimax connection speed

today i am not sure why but getting a good speed around 1Mbps with a transfer rate of above 100kbps

seems like there is a problem with tata network

What plan are you currently on?

I am on a 512kbps connection tata wimax.. no difference in speed for me.

Well. Im on the smae plan. I didnt find any differenc ein speed.
Also Ive noticed through speedtest, the Mumbai server always gives more realistic Speed data. hongkong/Bangkok always gives a higher upload and download speed at the same time.

last time some people said that it depends up server to server so checked it over few servers

Is the speed maintained over long timeframes?

If the up/down speed is maintained for 1 - 2 minutes, then it is likely there won't be any drop.

Again, Tata WiMax looks quite good.
Any speed results from people using Reliance WiMax?

it lasted for few hours and then came back to normal again :sad:
