Thread: Tata Indicom Online Payment

Has anyone ever succeeded in making an online payment for Tata Indicom WiMax? I have been trying since 3 days; after every 2 pages, it brings me back to the Sign In page.
A couple of times it took to me the page where it says "Forwarding the application", but just times out there.
My Internet is disconnected because of late payment, and paying online seems impossible. This is horrible.

Tata Wimax's online payment gateway is working fine without any issues, if faces some issues but not on regualar basis and it is intermittent.

As you said that your connection is barred so you will not be able to make online payment till the time you get internet access means your account unblocked.

You can call tata and can get an agent on your door step to collect payment otherwise can visit any nearby tata kiosk/shop to make payment

I have been facing the same issue since long time...its pathetic....making online payment has become a test of patience it seems....everytime I login and proceed to the "Make Payments" section, it automatically comes back to the login page and asks for the login credentials again and again...I generally keep on trying and after almost 30-35 attempts , if my luck favours it directs me to the "Pay Now" page ...

which browser you are using for this and do you have any pop-up blocker coz it goes to secure payment gateway which opens in a new window.

please check that too, if it is not working on firefox then do try it on IE
