Question How do you rate the TATA Wimax connection?

How do you rate the TATA wimax connection?.. Good, OK or worse. I would I like to take a new connection as they are offering a new color printer free!!...

Ive had the worst dose of customer service in my life from tata wimax customer service. They kept on lying to me that they will be sending some one to sort out the faulty ariel installation and it took call after call every day for 12-13 days for them to send some one around and after all that they outright refused to compensate me for the loss of those many days saying it was my fault when the installation wasent done properly and it took a lot of calls to get the validity added into my account.

I had the same issue on diwali and my connection was down for more then 15 days again but I never complained as I was away and when I returned back I complained and it took them 2 days to resolve the problem this time ( moved the ariel to another location).

Tata wimax customer service is as bad and I mean really bad they kept on lying to me every single day when my connection was down.

I recently got a 1 Mbps connection , so far there were few hiccups with connection. Over all its avergare, nothing superb. Customer care is pathetic and best option is to request them to forward your call to the back end team , which has some sensible guys.

cust care agents are not up to the mark but yes connection is working fine for me without any issues or downtime from last more thn 2 months. I had a 100 many number of issues with sify and was paying about 600-700 rupees bill for sify paid support calls only
now its better thn before and i understand that we need a hell lot of time to compare our Indian ISP's with European ISP's
