Hi All,
Last week(15th Nov.2008) only I got my Tata Wimax connection installed at my bangalore location. I paid a six month advance and all the required documents. There was an offer of free Printer with the connection. I have not received the printer yet.
Yesterday when I tried to connect to Internet I got the message Your username/password is wrong or your connection is inactive
Using the same username and password when I login through hxxp://myaccount.tataindicombroadband.in/MyAccount/signin.do I see my account balance as 6490/- and Account status as Active. Even after repeated calls to customer care, no solution. Every person at customer care gives me a new number to call at. There's absolutely no response on this new number.
If any of you can help me, please guide me what should I do next.... ?
