Post Technical help required!

Hello India Broadband,

Glad to be here. I recently took Tata Wimax 1Mbps connection. I am staying in bangalore and so far the ride looks on with few bumps. I am facing a strange problem though, once I am connected everything works fine, but lets say if I leave the system idle for sometime may be 2-3 hours, the connection stops working. Is there any specific solution to resolve this. By the way I have a static ip and I don't see any issues with the signal as the signal graph chart always shows green. Any help apperciated!

Hey Smoothvibes,

My session remains active in webdialer and not sure what POE is , but the the router i.e PowerDshine 3001 has two leds , both always remain green. I have one more query, since i got a public ip, to log into the router , I always have to change my ip to 192.168.1. range, do you guys know of any virtual adapter through which I can configure a lan connection, so that I can log in to the router without changing my ip?

Okay I got the ip part resolved and so far looks like its okay, lets hope for the best
