Thread: Wimax Query

Can someone please clear one of my queries :

I have gotten the wimax installed, now the problem is that the roof is owned by my neighbours who are less than friendly if you know what i mean. Even though the antenna barely takes any space, they were making faces. Good thing its written down in our agreement that we can use the roof for antenna purposes, otherwise they would have thrown me out of their house.

Anyway, whats the probability that I will have to go to the roof again or some snag develops in the antenna, has anyone ever faced such a problem ? I had told the installation guy to fix it extra hard.

If you face any problems then also i suggest you not to do any experiment with that and simply call tata people. I got my wimax installed in aug 2008 and from that time till feb 2009 it was working fine. In feb there was some issues with signal reciver box so i got it replaced which took only 10 mins.

so don't worry you need not to make any changes with that in any case.

Thanks for the reply. Actually as they say in Hindi, main in logon ke mu nahin lagna chahta. May god not give such neighbours to anyone :P

also, is there a solution to logging out problem with prepaid account ?
