With proper settings, you will get 48 KBps and 64 KBps for these connections.

In an ideal condition you would get speeds of

384-10% = 345kbps
512-10% = 460kbps

This is the most you can get out of your connection.

dude if u r using private trackers like demonoid, idesir etc only then u can expect good speeds but it doesn't means u will get cent per cent speed all the time u need to have good ratio to get good speeds for ex u downloaded a 700 MB file and u don't seed it then ur ratio will be lowered next time u download again tracker will sense ur ratio and give u speeds according to ur ratio.

see this

only 1 seeder but still i am getting maximum speed

when my ratio lowers down speeds go down!!

i am seeding and downloading at same time to get ratio intact!!! and download speed is 100% my plan speed is 300kbps

I bet your ISP can't match these speeds or latency

can it?

That depends on how much speed that single seeder is seeding and how many people are leeching.

Even a single seeder can produce such high speed downloads. (even higher than it).

only seeder wont give all the speeds, even leechers also do... so showing just 1 seeder will not prove anything unless you manually ban all leechers
