Default Disconnect automatically

Hi I'm TheZomi from Delhi.

I am using Tata Wimax for almost 3 months now. But I have big problem now which I had raised many complains to customer and but nobody seems to be able to solve my problem.

If you can help me solve my problem, I will be very glad. My problem details are given below.

When browsing or downloading, the connection automatically dies and I need to reconnect it again at the interval of 20 - 30 minutes. This happened to me since 2 weeks. On my first call to customer care, I was told that my signal strength was not so good and was fluctuating. They promised me to send one executive to come and fixed at my premises. They told me to wait for 24 hours.

But no one ever came to my place to fix that problem till today. I had called customer care not less than 10 times in the last 2 weeks and they also given me different complain numbers. The next day when I inquired about the complain number, I was told that "Resolved" without resolving the real issued. But since I still have problem, they register another complain numbers and it continues like this till today.

May be luckily, while I'm out for exam, two guys from tata indicom visited my place. My little sister was at home and she does not know about this stuff. They told her to sign on the paper and clicks somethings on my laptop and gone away...

So, the problem still exists. What should I do now? Please help?

hmmmmm..............sounds like u r a new member.
first of all welcome to indiabroadband.

not lets see ur problem.
1) did u do any changes to ur computer since b4 two weeks?

2) if possible go to their exchange or any showroom from where u bought it and try to get it repaired.

3)At last i would recommend u to use BSNL if no one solves ur problem.

First of all never call TATA WIMAX customer care. They will be more interested in some basic troubleshooting and then after they will avoid logging a complaint and even if they log it, there executives will call and try to resolve the matter from their end, even if problem is at your place.

You better write mails to Nodal Officer like i did and see the results within max 48 hours.
