    Default tata wimax port forwarding

    As you guys must have read, torrents don't work well on tata wimax coz of the dynamic ip thingie. Now i have read about port forwaring for wimax...but how do i access the router settings. I have tried all ip combinations from ipconfig and those listed in this forum (192.168.1.10 192.168.1.1) but none of them load the router control panel.

    Please can someone tell me how to load the router control panel for tata indicom's wimax? Also will port forwarding improve torrent speeds or is getting a static ip is the only solution?
