I m a customer of tata broadband, and my id is ( sanjayarora79 at the rate vsnl dot net).
I am complaining from last about 15 to 20 days?? My money was deducted from my account balance of Rs 2000 twice. When i call in customer care center about this that even i have account balance 1500 , and i have not made a request for any service then how can u deduct Rs 2000 from my account. They have no answer of my questions .Then i have placed a mail to their seniors from which one of email id was (srinath . n at the rate tatacommunications dot com ) and many more mail ids .............. after that my net connection start working ,,,,,,,, but after 3 or 4 days they gaian deducted 2000rs from my account ...Same reason. when i asked customer care i got the same answers wait wait waittttttttttttttttttttttttttttttt there is a backend issue they will solve ....
but due this my broadband connection is not working from many days .... they are still giving excuses tecnical people says backend problem.. backend team says techincal will handle this issue ... and in this my work is suffering
As i am prepaid customer of the tata broadband ......still i am facing this problem
Please if any body suggest me what should i doo
either i should diconnect connection and compain in the online consumer forumss.....
