Thread: Tata Wimax problem with upload

HI all
I am using TATA indicm wimax wireless
Actually myself and one of my tenant in my building are sharing the same connection with the help of switch
I am using VISTA OS
I am getting good download speed of 40+ kb but I am not getting any upload speed
I complained to customer care many times but my problem hasn't been resolved
I am unable to upload a 5mb file into my gmail or yahoo
No file is uploading to rapidshare
and when I speed test with speedtest.net - The Global Broadband Speed Test or speakeasy.net/speedtestSpeakeasy Speed Test they are showing upload error "Upload test returned an error while trying to read upload file"
can anyone solve this problem

hey mate..m getting similar problem lyk u .....made tons on complaint regarding this...no solution yet from last 2 months ...

same here....i too get similar kind of errors wen i try to upload files..

same with me guys!!
can't even attach small 100 k files in my mails for last 2-3 days

Even i face the same problem.. i am using TATA WIMAX. The customer service is so bad that they never care to work on it..! over that they close the complaints with out informing. it happened with me twice.. the customer service here in Hyderabad is so worst..! some executives don't even know the basics and how to talk to the customers.. it a SHAME on the brand TATA local service providers are much better.

same with me too guys i ve taken a new connection jus been 5days and my plan is FLASH256(8am-10pm:256kbps && 10pm-8am nd sundays :1.5mbps) , dont we hvw any solutions other thn jus relyin on the CC guys
