I am using TATA WIMAX connection.. since the time i have been using the connection for the last 3months.. there is no single day that i never faced any problem..most of the time it gets slow and get's disconnected frequently.

The customer service in Hyderabad is so bad.. ! Very few of the executives know how to talk to the customer. I am sure that they have been trained just on one thing to say is "we will register a complaint on high priority" but unfortunately they dont understand the meaning of that, there is no network team available after 10.00 PM. It happened twice that with me that a complaint was closed without my knowledge where it was not yet resolved.. when i gave a call to confirm the status they turned back saying it has been solved and closed.

TATA WIMAX is toooo WORST to use.
