    Default Wimax Problems !!

    Hello,
I have Tata Wimax connection installed for the last 2 months in Bangalore (Cantt area). Since it has been installed I have had connection problems. The connection keeps dropping all the time (Request timed out). It keeps happening every few minutes and I have to constantly login. Earlier I didn't have the login and was directly connected. I called customer service several times and they took me thru the standard drill of reconfiguring the IP address. Ultimately they switched me from direct connection to login. Now every time I need to go online, I first need to login into Tata Indicom Broadband. But even this has not helped. Connection still keeps dropping. And after 10pm in the night its very bad. I called them again and they said that due to power fluctuations my connection keeps dropping. This does not make sense to me. Has anybody faced similar problems? I'm thinking of disconnecting this service and moving on to either Airtel or BSNL. Appreciate your help in this regard.
