Thread: Tata Wimax Plan Upgrade.

I am using 256kbps UL on Tata Wimax for Rs.750 + tax. Last week the antenna went dead and was replaced by tata within 4 hours of my complaint and yesterday i got a call enquiring about service issues about my lodged complaint. The executive offered me a upgrade in my speed to 512kbps UL with FUP of 45Gb by paying Rs.50 over my previous plan. so now i pay Rs.800 + tax for 512kbps with a huge FUP of 45Gb.

But their website didnt mentioned this plan. Will update after 24th when the plan is activated with my new billing cycle

Tata wimax is doing pretty well for me as well after some initial hiccups I have the power flash 750 plan which gives me 750kbps during the day and 1.5mbps at night and Sundays... Its a shame that they cannot provide any faster speeds using the wimax technology although it is more then capable of handling much much faster speeds.
