I recieved an e-mail a few days ago saying my Tata wimax connection will be discontinued from 18th of September. I called up Tata's customer care and they said they do not have any information on this and if there is anything in future they will give me a call and I forgot about it but about half an hour ago I got a call from Tatat Indicom saying My broadband connection will be terminated on the 18th September. I tried my best to find out why are they doing this and couldn't get anything out of the guy who called me because all he had to say was due to some technical and business consideration.
I said to him what about my 30 day notice and he said I was sent an e-mail and I said but when I called up your call center they asked me to ignore that e-mail so in reality I did not have 30 days time because this is the first time you are telling me that you cannot provide me broadband service any more.
Apparently this is just for some Newdelhi customers... Any one else got a call?

They didnt need extra towers as the BTS is on the same mobile towers and they dont need extra back up generators or anything..
. I think they are not disconnecting customers all over. They are specific to some areas where the customer base is less.
My real brother is a lawyer and it would surely be a fun.
