Hi, i got my Static IP, my problems

1. From my Desktop i put 2 LAN cards and share the internet for other LAN users and it is working fine. On 1 i put my Static IP and on 2nd local i.e. 192.168.0.3.

2. I have 100 users connected to LAN and 2 wifi routers. Now how to share same internet from these wifi routhers. Both are dlink router. I tried by putting dynamic IP, failed, by putting static ip it is working but for that i have to disconnect my Desktop who have this static ip.
