We are using tata wimax connection for the past one year, the connection was okay. And the speed also reached the requirement. but the after service of tata communications ( SITHARAM COCHIN) was not up to the mark. after one month on words started the complaints, and the technicians will come to repair the connections after complaining the third day. we are really fed up with the connection . the complaints frequency has been increased and the technicians cant repair in the last days, they informed us that , the tower is full with new connections, and the problam canot clear beacouse of it. and we are ready to give you a land line connection.
But i really surprised of their behavior. How they can give new connections if they don't have facility then. It happened in the heart Of Cochin.
And we are disconnecting our connection now..

We had been useing your broadband wi max connection for the past one year. The service had been failing intermittently and of late the failure rate had increased . On 8th of August 2011, The broad band connection had completely failed and all efforts by technicians couldn’t revive the system. In view we are compelled to cancel your service with immediate effect
