Thread: Need some help configuring tata wi max with linksys

as said, i configured the linksys router.......1st connected from tata wimax router to linksys,configured linksys wit IP 192.168.1.10.......n then tapped out the output of linksys to my 24 port switch........now my prob is,
if i start usin both my laptop n desktop i get the following error mesgs
IN DESKTOP:IP CONFLICT
IN LAPTOP:LIMITED OR NO CONNECTIVITY(WHEN TRYING TO CONNECT through WI FI)

On your laptop and desktop please change ip settings to automatic and this wont happen.

der is no IP address in both since i hv made it "TO OBTAIN AUTOMATICALLY".......when i remove the connection of my desktop from switch n connect the wired line to desktop it works properly otherwise an error mesg will appear....

It doesnt matter what isp you are using as its got nothign to do with the isp its your local thing.

I am new to the forum and cannot access the set up of W-FI document that you have posted. Is this an access issue or do i need to do anything else? I have activated my acount on the forum but am still not allowed to view the document. Please help
