recently i opted for demo residing in malad link rd, opp toyota shrm, two engg came to my house checking for signal with some instrument, suprisingly they went without showing demo, reply from them no signal in ur area, we will contact ur building society for placing a antenna on ur building...

Malad has got Tikona's towers not one but many in that area. I think you should call customer care again and find out the status.
