hiya folks, i'm back again, previously i was on sify. i didn't have very good experience with them or their customer care, so i switched to tikona wi bro, i liked the design of their router, two men came to my house and istalled it,actually i was supposed to get a speed 1.5 mbps for first 15 days, since i registered with them for the first time, my package is ful599, in this package i should get a speed of 300kbps or 37.5 KB, in the first 15 i only got 30KB(i thought to myself so what if i'm not getting 1.5mbps atleast i'm getting 30KB), after 15 days i started experiecing slow speed, the speed was around 5-9KB and it was staying there. when i first experienced slow speed i emailed their customer care, but i didn't get any response from their customere care, i thought it would pick up in a day, but the slow speed problem persisted 3-4 days and i decided to call their customer care. let me make this clear that they have a very abusive customer care. they try fool you by asking you stupid questions and giving unreal fabricated reason to make it seem that the cause of the problem is at your end. i'm sending a legal notice to them, i'll update the post when i get their responce. users with less experience with computers, please beware!
