    Thumbs down Bad Followup / Non Compliance

    Called Cust Care / Marketing cell thrice for new connection enquiry - No response. Systems were down so no request no.

    Cust Care Center Floor Manager clueless about Nodal Officer's contact number. BTW it's given on contact portion of theri website - Says she is not "allowed" to give that number.

    After long call - tech guy visits different address then requested.

    Service not available in Kandivali W.

    Pathetic.
