    Unhappy Help required in connecting Laptop to Tikona network

    Hi All ,
    I have taken a Tikona UL799 plan in Pune 600 kbps . I am not able to connect my laptop ( compaq Presario V6000) to Wirelessly to Tikona network . The error through their Dialer is showing a compatibilty error of NIC. If someone has faced this problem and a solution to this if any . Please reply

    hello,

    I think this must be hardware issue,
    are u able to detect tikona wi bro network in your wireless network list?
    call up call centre 18002097426 request for tech assistance and ask for an engineer visit to your place

    My laptop is detecting Tikona Wi Bro but not the Tikona_home network that they say is real Tikona broadband , even their system engineer has no idea of it . Will try up calling the number u have provided .
    Thanks for replying .

    P.S. :- Even through my desktop I am not able to connect to their Wi Fi connection .
    P.P.S- I do have a wireless LAN card in my desktop ( Linksys )

    2. Persume no modem/WIFI router is in use If any mention model make/number.

    3.
    The error through their Dialer is showing a compatibilty error of NIC.
    If you post ipconfig /all data
    can get this card details also.
    May be drivers need update.
    your OS also.

    Select your Model correct number and OS.

    Hey ,
    i was able to connect to my Laptop to their wi fi network .Actually previously i had selected the Ad hoc wireless settings in my advance setttings of wireless network , which i have changed now to connecting to all available wireless networks . So i am able to connect my laptop.
    Now i will post my Desktop information as required by you as i am not still able to connect to their wi fi network network .

    Hey Buddy I have wroted it in my Previous Forum That Tikona Uses Secure Wireless network If u wanna Use it Then Plz litl Bit changes has to made so that tikona allows u to his login page see buddy tikona wireless uses 172.16.x.x series ip but its server ip is 113.193.32.1 so use routing method to use tikona wireless
