Tikona WiBro issues + Ruckus router IP, login details and configuration

HI,

I have recently taken Tikona WiBro connection in Pune and am having following issues and requirements. Please somebody help me.
The antenna/access point is on top of my building only.
I have been provided with a Ruckus 2211 wireless router.

1] I have taken 150 Kbps unlimited plan and the speeds I am getting is really poor. Also the speed keeps fluctuating and sometimes is so bad that I cannot even open a webpage.
2] Router placement is a big problem. I only get some speed if the router is placed near the window. Even the antenna provided with the router is hanged outside window but does not help much.
3] Wireless speed is even worst then what I get through ethernet cable attached between router and my PC

4] I need to know how can I login to the router provided to me and what is the IP address, user ID and password for router login. A step by step info will be of great help.
5] Can we replicate the configuration of this router to any other wireless router obtained from market
6] How can we change the MAC address of a wireless router.

Please help me as I am in a fix at the moment.

(B)about router checking up. Ruckus 2211wireless
Confirm it is PoE type with power also in the Rj45 cable to Antenna Mast.

(C) If the Antenna is a Dish type . change the direction, Elevation ( as for DTH service )

hi rahul,i am kushagra.......me2 using tikona wi bro in delhi.i am also searching for a few days.how to open configuration window of the router and play with it settings.but what i have learnt that the company default ip settings of mediaflex 2211 -ext is 192.168.1.1 and passwords admin.i have tried it but no luck as the default ip has been changed by the tikona(obviously but why........).if u find the way of opening conf. page by default ip then pls send me the details tooooo........

Anyway the problem you guys seem to face is;
How to access the modem settings page ?
Ok.
try this
When you are connected to Internet
type this in browser
Current IP Check
Now re type the Ip address you get.
Do you get a window saying
" router at Ip says etc ........'
if you get it
try Default ID: admin

assword: password
or user password
or support password
Give feedback.

As i Understand, TIKONA is like the
WI MAX service .
will study and update.

To access the router settings
192.168.1.1 admin admin may not work.
2. TRy this. if successful , do not make any changes. Give feedback.
Will give reference to similar manual.
try 192.168.0.1

Also i am having the same modem. i read somewhere that it act as a wireless router/repeater so that i can connect my laptop to it without using cable.
is that so, as i canNOT find any wireless network.

then default gateway can be 192.168.xx.1

REF: user manual. Default Ip for accessing the unit is 192.168.1.1 admin password .
Probably Tikona has reset it to diiferent Ip address.

Tikona Ruckus router IP (default gateway) - 10. 6. 134. 173
login.username-admin
password-password.

But the router tikona is distributing is in BridgeMode.

So not gonna work....

Well, one reason is that muni Wi-Fi isn't Ruckus' primary business. Its main line of work is selling wireless equipment to telcos, primarily to enhance IPTV. And Ruckus doesn't have the resources, or the inclination, to make a run at the mass market and put the MetroFlex in retail stores.

i believe this is not mm2211 gateway page. Rather its the Acess point or PVN login page...

well i found this on broadband india forum through which i was able to login to it.yes i was able to login and access it but next day some stupid guy changed the username and password.but he also told that its not the router gateway address of all infact its the specific gateway address of the router of the guy that posted it.when i login to it i found out that 192 .168 .30 .1 is the real gateway but login gateway address can be changed and it was 10 .6. 134. 173 for the following router.

One more thing, as far as i know, once your device is connected to tikona network, they can remotely access and change settings from their end...
