    @luvkushrock
What is mentioned in the bottom of the unit ?
    IP userId PW ?
Your Tikona is like a Local LAN.
If you can receive their signals in WIFI mode
    no need for a router.
probably they gave you the RUKUS unit for LAN mode.

I am connected to my ISP via phone line.
    Then usual adslmodem/wifirouter required.
In laptop WLAN card is used.
Now I also get "TIKONA" type wifi network
    Showing Unsecured wifi link.
But I cannot connect unless I get UserID
and Password or security key to connect >

    ........................................
Tikona Guys are best in RESTRICTING ACCESS.
Then Wireless LAN Broadcast, to use as wireless router, is disabled. The wifi signal you see, comes from the ap they set up at your building.
Next, they blanked the unit from any physical reference of username/password.
    no specific ip is given.

These guys just want it as wireless reciever, rather then wireless repeater or transmitter......

address both lights except power and ethernet was not red they were off(it was showing them off.)
This is because all the mm2211 gateways supplied by Tikona havbe custom firmware(told to me by my friend at ruckus sales), i am not sure, but as you are saying, even reset will force it in same condition..........

1.Is there a way to bring this device to factory defaults?
2.Will this be on any use?
... 1. Why you want factory defaults /
    ..... 2. for what purpose /
........3. Are you connected now to Tikona network and surf websites etc normally ?

    I agree with @essebebe

as on this thread and also other thread, i have confirmed to conclusion that MM2211 has factory defaults set to TIKONA

Since they have customised firmware (software that operates device) to be used with tikona.

Only option is to re-flash firmware.
Also since the firmware on device is more newer then available on internet.( i dont remember exact version, but i have confirmed cit with ruckus.)
so you have to manually flash it.....
No other option till now as far as believe.

If you have a any resort, please post here

The configuration that 2211 isplaced is bridged mode.
if the router is in Tikona Coverage, it will get all ip configuration (ip,subnet, gateway, dns server) from Tikona
You can consider it just a repeater that is a link btw you and tikona.
you may note the ip and gateway details from ipconfig /all and try experimenting with that......

    try this thing,
note your ip config, then manually change ip addess and see if it works....

    @stick0
Tikona does not seem to like users changing the settings in the modem/router supplied by them for LAN mode.
The Ruckus router is a powerful one, and for WIFI use it will be ideal for longer distances as it acts as a WIFI repeater too.

    para two;
If connection fails call Tikona CC.
They can access your modem remotely and check the settings.

If interested for User Manual .
I might have given the link also in this forum.
    see this post :

    Unhappy access mm2211

    Dear all,

I am from bangalore and i have recently taken tikona connection and i have got static ipaddress also . but initially they had given me this MM2211 router .

This is a brief-up Me , now real matter .

as per earlier posts i even tried all those methods to access the MM2211 Gateway but none were successful .

if i configure manual IP address 192.168.30.xx on PC and then connect through cable i still cannot get a ping reply to 192.168.30.1 .

as you don't get reply from 192.168.30.1 you cannot connect

then i even tried to a port scan on that IP then also no luck .
while i was doing all this i found one astonishing matter . I have my connection coming from a NANO LOCO station which is fix on top of my building .

when i do a port scan on that i can see this 192.168.30.1
    Pic Attached
and when i try to login through web page through port 80 its asks for user name password . but all the user name post in the site does not work . now i have a doute that the nano provide to customers has this mm2211 firmware because of which it says (Screen shot attached )

so now if any one has any idea on username password or any other tricks on now to access this MM2211 Router

As per Tikona web site they allow three or four computers to be connected.
User does not own the modem or allowed to access any settings.
Do not RESET> ( even this could have been disabled )
What ever you want , ask their CC and they can remotely change settings in the modem supplied to you.
User experience with TiKONA, as reported here has not been pleasant so far.

Are you in a flat complex ? The Antenna
Unit is it common to other users ?

    conclusion: TIKONA BB services.
( No user controls in this unit! Do Not tamper! call customer care for any problems . If Seal is broken Warranty VOID! etc .
Luckily the modem & antenna unit is not OWNED/purchased by you!)
    .

Tikona will collect the unit when someone else in your area applies for Tikona and then you may get the refund. Call customer care again for refund. The unit belongs to TIKONA.
This Ruckus MM2211 Firmware seems to have been "locked' to Tikona, and all attempts to use it for other ISP's have failed.Even RESET may not work.
Anyway, this is a powerful router/wifi
with advanced features not available in other WIFI routers normally.
See this link for manual and try.
http://www.indiabroadband.net/tikona...tml#post263815 (Tikona WiBro issues + Ruckus router IP, login details and configuration)

Mention your ISP 's for etc.VPI VCI.
If this is entered try in "BRIDGED" mode.
    later wifi.
    Feedback required.
Post all screen shots of the unit .
    I don't have/use this MM2211 unit.
