    Default Where to complain against Tikona as they r cheating

    Hello Guys,

    I have recently raised a disconnection request on 20th march. I had taken this connection just 17 days before. But with these 17 days total 4 complains i made. u can imagine within 17 days i applied for disconnection request how there service will be.

    I applied disconnection request on 20th march But when i inquired about the status on 24th March they told their own department have canceled the request because they want to repair it But i asked them its me who raised the disconnection request How can u people yourself can cancel it. Then he told me ok again i am raising request and with 7 working days ur connection will be disconnected. But i was surprised when i got billing .

    Till now no person came and my billing is continue as they are telling our people will come and disconnect then only billing will be blocked.

    I am not able to use internet as there service is so bad. But even my billing is continue. Is there any solution to this problem as where to complain against these Tikona people.

    They r completely cheating people.

    Suggest me if any one can help me to get rid of these by not paying money to them as i was not able to access internet properly and still they charged.

    You can go with your complaint id in consumer forum ....

    create written records.
    Send email Only.
    ( check their website for details, and send copy to Mumbai Hqrs )
    Consumer court will not accept
    oral statements.
    Have they installed any Antenna or supplied you with a USBmodem etc ?
    What is the procedure for surrendering them ?

    i Don't think tikona is a good service ...
    I have contacted to them and they said that within a day our executive will come to demostrate you .

    Thank God that i didn't wait for the executive bcoz nobody contacted me

    I think tikona just Sucks

    Default Consumer Comlain Will surely help If you have log of complains

    If you have maintained a complaint log , even if Tikona people refuse to acknowledge the reciept of any complain COnsumer forum in you town will help ?

    Basically it is for these type of services that consumer forums and courts are meant for ?

    Give me your town and I will get you the contacvt details of a nearby Consumer forum

    Customer wanted to go for disconnection as he had requested for plan change but that was not happening from long time due to order in progress. Mahesh convinced customer and changed his plan online. Customer was very happy with the online resolution.

    “Appreciate your work and service”



    There was installation issue at customer’s place. It was solved.

    Angry Where to complain against Tikona as they r cheating

    I have applied for the new broadband connection in ramamurthynagar,Bangalore and they came for demo when they did not show me any bandwidth test or proper connectivity available on this area except tikona website for demo and after one week time(exactly 6days) they had come down and checked for the fixing the connection where they have found that there is no connectivity available in my house or near by so they said that we are going to cancel this connection as it’s not in a feasible area from the access point. so i have asked them that what about the money which i paid Rs.1653 of deposit,then they told me that amount will be back with in 7 days.it was on july 1st week,still now (i mean it is oct last week)amount is not returned and whenever i call or email they wont give any proper response but they are making some excuse that it is with courier,if i ask what is the couirer no ,then they will say that no idea.

    i did not understand onething that i paid the money through cheque and asked them to return the amount in same bank but they told that we can not deposit it like that,so provide the address and account number even i did that but no issue. finally what they are saying address is wrong,howcome when they came for connection its the same address and when it comes to return the amount it is a wrong address. so many unwanted excuse they made it to me. even i bored of emailing them and calling also

    More than 20 times maild and called 15 times - no use.

    Tikona is like Chitfund - where u wont get money back.

    ^^ How about lodging an online complaint through :: Grievance Redress Mechanism in Government :: ?

    I have sorted out issues such as these with other ISPs by posting a complaint over there. Give it a try - something fruitful ought to happen ..

    Yes, Tikona guys are cheaters.
    I have also requested to close my Tikona WiBRO accoount on 26-aug-2011 but I am still being charged by them. No actions from their side. I have escalated this issue to Regional Manager also but no luck. I have not got reply for more than 20 days. I have fought many times with them for many billing and service related issues but no luck these guys are very stubborn.

    Default TIKONA IS THE KING OF ISP's

    Tikona is a fraudulent company with untrained, ill-manned, uneducated and stupid employees.
    I made a grave mistake of purchasing a connection with them 2 years back and after using it for 2 months i had it disconnected because they have really bad network speed even if it is promised 1 mbps Google.com takes 2 min to load.
    Even 2 years after disconnected i still get calls from their billing desk saying that you have pending bills. WOW

    I have been mailing customer care and nodal officer of Maharashtra Mr. Jagdish Savadikar since past couple of weeks with following concerns:

    I would like to discontinue with my Tikona account (no:114 456 147) as I'm fed up of the pathetic service you provide. As discussed during the installation of connection that your representative will come at our doorstep to collect the payments. But he turns up once after two-three months leaving late payment charges for us each month. On asking your representative about alternate modes of payment we get a reply that this is the only mode of payment.
    On top of this we are currently facing disconnection for your lethargy. I request you to disconnect the services permanently.

    Forget about some address to this query, I didn't even receive a complaint no. or any acknowledgement that your query has been received. I'm not sure what to do about this. Could someone please help me?

    Hi,


    I want disconnection as shifting. Agent checked the feasibility but it was a non-reference area.

    Resolution: Agent tried all possible retention efforts & pitched for shifting ownership, shifting service to someone else & CB49 plan. Customer said that he will think about the CB49 plan & get back to us. Hence customer retained.
