Hello Guys,
I have recently raised a disconnection request on 20th march. I had taken this connection just 17 days before. But with these 17 days total 4 complains i made. u can imagine within 17 days i applied for disconnection request how there service will be.
I applied disconnection request on 20th march But when i inquired about the status on 24th March they told their own department have canceled the request because they want to repair it But i asked them its me who raised the disconnection request How can u people yourself can cancel it. Then he told me ok again i am raising request and with 7 working days ur connection will be disconnected. But i was surprised when i got billing .
Till now no person came and my billing is continue as they are telling our people will come and disconnect then only billing will be blocked.
I am not able to use internet as there service is so bad. But even my billing is continue. Is there any solution to this problem as where to complain against these Tikona people.
They r completely cheating people.
Suggest me if any one can help me to get rid of these by not paying money to them as i was not able to access internet properly and still they charged.
