Thread: Staff not well informed

I called one of the staff of tikona in pune and he presented tikona as best broadband service provider. Accordingly i applied for my home connection on the ground that i will be able to use laptop anywhere in india where tikona operates and can use wifi enabled mobile. The connection was done and when we run tikona the speed was mere 34 as against the promised speed of 2mb which is by 8 roughly comes to 256kbs. The staff immeditely withdrew all his assurances and within seconds i asked to him wind up and remove the connection. This is all recorded in mobile call recorder so not just blame game.

Does government has any control on such false claims.

lol best provider? Oh come on....What more to expect...they don't have the speeds to give.

I wish Gov should take these ISPs out..

But, tragedy is our babus are all involved with these scums and hard to take it any further.

Moreover, the broadband depends on various factors u see....

ohh these players are just doing whatever they can to fool people here in India... and actually the Govt. has closed its eyes so that there dudes can engage in what they are doing....
