    Default Tikona Wi Bro Experience in Surat

    Its really really strange experience so far.. at very starting around fifteen days ago when i got new connection (2 Mbps circuit break plan )speed was very good...as you can the link below..but now its pathetic..speed is not consistent now i m getting less 2 Mbps....sheeettttt
    before 15 Days

    Its been two days ,, i have been complained but no response so far ? lets c how long ....otherwise i will open fire at their office..

    finally today care person come to solve ...but you know what he suggest me ??
    he just suggested to scan whole system with latest anti-virus..
    more ever he has just disabled windows automatic update and firewall ..when I asked him that why he is gona disable fire wall then he just replied me stupidly that what do i know already about fire wall.....added that firewall prevents speed some time ....

    How strange ? !!! now what is the conection of firewall with Wi-bro speed...i can't get it.. Please buddy will anyone clear this issue ?

    Finally I made complain to Nodal officer for Surat region Sunil Patel....He has
    just forwarded complain again to technical team...as result today on (3 Aug 2010) engineer came to my place to check whats the problem is .. he has just operated my system and called to head office to check some technical term related to my account..as result he got replay that there is access point problem..yeah I was shocked !! It was access point problem so engineer was not able to solve it from my place. He just left..i made call to main service area engineer ..he just comited to me that problem will be solved within two days...But I am still doubtful.. i dont think it will be solved..but let's c whats happen next..?.otherwise its fix with in few days they are gona face big trouble from me..there will be headline in news..

    My problem still not solved...Tikona is cheating to me..its been six days not solved..last time their service area manager given me word that it will be solved within two days .. but where is the solution ? here is my current speed



    Where are you Mr. Patel (Gujarat -Surat region nodal officer)? wake up........
    Where is the solution ?

    nothing happened after sending e mail to head complain authority i thing Mr. Nagesh is stil sleeping ..up to few days earlier it was bit at 20-25 Kbps speed now its started to disconect off and on it shows request time out...

    Angry warring for who want new Connection for Tikona Fusu Network...

    Tikona Worst Service ..

    they want only money & Mr. Nagesh & veer garg (New Delhi Nodal Officer) always sleeping.

    i am give -10 Point to Tikona see below

    1. Poor customer care (they dont know what is Problem?)
    2. Suck technical team (like a anphar)
    3. Worst Access Point ( 3 danday)
    4. 3rd class Ping (loss 30%)
    5. Speed like a malghari (7-13 kbps)
    6. Nodal Officer - Sleeping Beauty
    7. 4G Technology ..they have 4kbps
    8. Destination not found
    9. Wireless like a daba(Nano) ...
    10. They are not Internet Service Provider .they are KabariWalay.

    my experience very bad with Tikona. they connect my new connection on 31 July, 2010 and till know its giving me only 12 to 19 kbps and always RTO, Disconnect & Packet Loss Problem. i am 3 times Mail to Nodal Officer(veer garg & Nagesh. they don't want to work on my Problem. today is 29 August still they are not solve my problem. my problem same like jitking.


    My Plan is Full599 - 512 kbps(New Delhi (west Delhi)).

    i am with you jitking ..tikona Company like a Kabariwalay ..

    Finally Couple of week ago I visited personaly to the Gujarat nodal officer Sunil Patel. and given him ultimatem if it is not gona solve then I will proceed to the TRAI a complain aganist Tikona.. He commited as early as possible it will be solved.. but they were not able to solve...finally I have asked them for billing discount in this case if they are not gana solve it so far..as result i got my billing amount around 350 Rs. speed bit improved now...but not 2 MBPS ... its around 1.5 MBPS.... recently I have applied for BSNL 499 Home User Unlimimted Plan and waiting for the response


    By the way the description u have given, is absolutely suites them....

    Tikona is Worst Service provider in Surat . I have taken connection on 25th September 2010 after that on 28th September my Nano Station stop Working, Then I Called Company 5 times Then the technician on 1 October 2010 came and changed my nano station after that again my nano station stopped working on 7th October 2010 then i called the customer care 9 time again technician on 10th October 2010. and between 1st october till today 18th october 2010 i am getting download speed of 10 to 30 kbps although my plan is of 512kbps from which i should ge 58 to 64 kbps, for this i have complain 20 times on tikona customer care for speed problem and 20 mails to nodal officer of surat who is Mr. Sunil Patel and also to Mr. Nagesh prasad . It seems this company is fraud. What we call in india is 420 . Now I am thinking to sue on Tikona because i Have paid The payment of 6 month which was of Rs.3970 by cheque


    I any suggestion please give

    BSNL broadband is sure way ahead than Tikona, it seems.

    I had tikona. but i faced some problem in ahmedabad. tikona connectivity faces some interference from high frequency bts of BSNL, tata, Reliance and also tikona nano loco 2 is not very powerful to get the better connectivity. So, i was facing constant request time out while pinging of default gateway. So, literally area manager in ahmedabad told me to get termination.

    but I think that tikona bought spectrum 5 circles. So tikkona will become own ISP. Tikona has not to rely on Airtel for bandwidth. But wait and watch when will it be implemented????
    I let you know when I get this.

    Tikona right now just collecting money. It is not giving service and to attract customer tikona gives 2 to 5 mbps in 1st month then it will downgrade to original plan.

    Default Complaints to TRAI-Consumer Court

    Now that 90 percent of Tikona users agrees that its just a pain in our ass, please help me how to proceed to consumer court or make a complaint to TRAI. I have all the details, recorded the phone calls made to "Kabadiwalas" in the customer care, and the screen shots..etc.

    Please!!
