    Tikona Worst Service ..

    they want only money & Mr. Nagesh & veer garg (New Delhi Nodal Officer) always sleeping.

    i am give -10 Point to Tikona see below

    1. Poor customer care (they dont know what is Problem?)
    2. Suck technical team (like a anphar)
    3. Worst Access Point ( 3 danday)
    4. 3rd class Ping (loss 30%)
    5. Speed like a malghari (7-13 kbps)
    6. Nodal Officer - Sleeping Beauty
    7. 4G Technology ..they have 4kbps
    8. Destination not found
    9. Wireless like a daba(Nano) ...
    10. They are not Internet Service Provider .they are KabariWalay.

    my experience very bad with Tikona. they connect my new connection on 31 July, 2010 and till know its giving me only 12 to 19 kbps and always RTO, Disconnect & Packet Loss Problem. i am 3 times Mail to Nodal Officer(veer garg & Nagesh. they don't want to work on my Problem. today is 29 August still they are not solve my problem.


    My Plan is Full599 - 512 kbps(New Delhi (west Delhi)).

    ..tikona Company like a Kabariwalay ..

    warring for who want new Connection for Tikona Fusu Network...

    Thumbs down TIKONA SuCkS

    I am a TIKONA Broadband customer and got my services activated a week ago i.e. on 21st Nov '11. As per my broadband Plan (ZMR 2999) I ought to get a min downloading speed of 200-250 kbps but the fact is, I am just getting 15-20 kbps at the max which is even less than my mobile GPRS speed.

    So DISGUSTINGGG...!!!!

    I tried calling TIKONA cust care 'n' number of times but their cold attitude never helped me out. Initially when I was a prospective customer I was assured of the reliable service and great speed, But now it seems everything was fake and superficial.

    The cust care Executive are very blunt and when asked to transfer the call to their Manager/Supervisor I was told there is no supervisor. Infact once it happened that they transferred the call to their collegue deceiving me as if the person was their supervisor.

    Thats so damn REDICULOUSS...!!!

    Instead of assisting me as they should, I was told that everything is fine at our end and asked me to check my PC/Laptop/Firewall. Thats really not acceptable. I have checked my facility and everything is fine.

    I even requested them to send a tech to my place for further troubleshooting, but I was told "Sir, Humaare system and Network me koi issue ni hai and its showing good speed to us so we cannot send a tech to your place".

    I will request to whomsoever reading this. please understand one thing..."T" for TIKONA and "T" for TROUBLES. Now decide what you want. I have already invested Rs 4300 over a weeks time in TIKONA Broadband and I know I wont get it back either. I have learnt my lesson, now its your turn.

    Default 100% dissatisfied customers in chennai

    In chennai there is 100% dissatisfied customers.

    Every month it will not work for minimum a week. Then you keep calling them. it will take another one week to get repaired. By that time, the billing date will come and we have to pay the full amount.

    This happens every month.

    If you dont believe me, try yourself

    I was using Full 799 plan. Not even once I got the full speed as promised

    Only God should save indians from the nightmare TIKONA

    even i had this connection plan FUL499.......nd now hav moved to mtnls after 8mnths of sick servive....have still not returned the nano device....! i have disconnected the connection....have the final settlement with company...but still bill comes and my service has not been discontibued....they are not less than govt. officers......slow and unwilling to work.!
