Tikona Worst Service ..
they want only money & Mr. Nagesh & veer garg (New Delhi Nodal Officer) always sleeping.
i am give -10 Point to Tikona see below
1. Poor customer care (they dont know what is Problem?)
2. Suck technical team (like a anphar)
3. Worst Access Point ( 3 danday)
4. 3rd class Ping (loss 30%)
5. Speed like a malghari (7-13 kbps)
6. Nodal Officer - Sleeping Beauty
7. 4G Technology ..they have 4kbps
8. Destination not found
9. Wireless like a daba(Nano) ...
10. They are not Internet Service Provider .they are KabariWalay.
my experience very bad with Tikona. they connect my new connection on 31 July, 2010 and till know its giving me only 12 to 19 kbps and always RTO, Disconnect & Packet Loss Problem. i am 3 times Mail to Nodal Officer(veer garg & Nagesh. they don't want to work on my Problem. today is 29 August still they are not solve my problem.
My Plan is Full599 - 512 kbps(New Delhi (west Delhi)).
