Taking the suggestion of my friend, I have bought the Tikona broadband service. For first 15 days all was set but after that problems started to arise. Now I am able to use internet hardly 15 minutes consistently. Every 15 later the connectivity loses and I need to reset it. I have filed complaint about it for 4 times in the span of 5 days, but each time I got the response that your request is under process. I am asked to wait for the message regarding the issue and expected resolution date, but I did not receive yet till date. I have asked the local engineer 3-4 times but I did not get any response. Each time he is busy with the installation of new customer. So they do have time for new customer but not for existing customer.

I strongly recommend not to buy the TIKONA service, even if they are giving free.
