Default Tikona - Delhi Feedback - Horrible - highly dissatisfied!!

I have taken the 2 MBPS plan from Tikona and am highly dissatisfied with their customer service right from installation. Infact not only has the speed gone down but the connection intermittantly breaks also in between and despite complaints and escalations no one has paid heed to it. The customer service personnel find it very amusing when customers voice their anger. I have to continue for about another month as I took the connection for some important work and dont want to change just for a matter of month or two after which I am going to anyways disconnect.

PLEASE do not make this mistake of going for Tikona, better to go for a more reliable service provider !!

    Regards

    Rashmi

Default Customer Care Rep are from Railway Platforms

    Hi,

Anyonw who might have called to the customer care after taking the connection might understand what I am referring to!!
Call them and ask about Fair Usage Policy, and they ask us what that is!!
None of them speak proper English, and very poor technical know how. Seems like Tikona hired those chai valas from railway platforms!!

Belive me I had made more than 20 calls to change my plan, and even mailed the nodal officer in Delhi, and its been one month and no response yet!!

Horrible stories. My brother at Varanasi is thinking of trying Tikona. I will guide him to read some reviews before deciding to leave BSNL broadband service.

Default Should I go for Tikona in Delhi?

    Hi guys!

I am staying in delhi, and currently using Reliance Broadband+ wireless for Internet access. I saw Tikona's Broadband plan (rs 600 for 4GB 2MBPS plan) and found it good.

Can you please suggest me whether I should choose Tikona in New delhi?

    regards,

    Ria

    Nope Tikona is worse
At later stages after they installed the equipment, your net will not get connected whenever you need. And especially at peak hours, even if you have their Dish connected in your are or at your building, it won't connect.

Tikona never works even in perfect weather conditions
Its better if you don't use the internet instead of getting a Tikona connection.

    Hi,

Please do not opt for Tikona broadband becoz the service is not good at all and also speed is not trusworthy. I work from home and use VPN and it does not work...they dnt open the udp ports for the VPN, my change of address ( migration to the new address never happened ).. My mobile broadband is more faster and releiable then the TIKONA

    Exclamation

I have taken tikona Internet connection. Tikona executive did not explain tariff plans to me. He simply says this is unlimited plan for Rs.449 and this is the best pla
    n. One night suddenly speed has gone to 162kbps from 2mbps. I surprised and made a call to customer care executive. After 1 hour my call is connected to tikona customer care executive. She stated that you are using Rs.449 plan and you already used 3GB that's why your speed is reduced. One fact I understood that tikona is cheating the subscribers in this way for new connections. Don't use tikona broadband service [/FONT]

    Default Tikona Feedback

    Hi,

    I am Jaideep from Delhi.

I am agree with all the complaints against TIKONA. I m using Tikona for nearly 6 months and I am not happy with my broadband speed, but plan charges are less that is why I am still using TIKONA. There are some problems with speed but I think this Tikona has more problems then other service provider. I called Toll free number 1-800-209-4276 to raised complaint, I came across one new options from Tikona i.e press 1 for technical support (I was accepting that this will not work) I followed the instruction to my surprise call was connected to Engineer, issue was resolved as there was some alignment issue, I was changing the position of CPE and the technical guy was guiding me that this is proper position as the device was catching maximum speed. Till know Net is working fine, hope this will continue. I am thankful for your assistance
