Is Tikona a good broadband service provider?

Hi,

I am planning to buy Tikona broadband in Delhi. Do you know how it works here? I have heard that they have some frequent disconnections issue. Is it true?

I am going to use it at my home and I am looking for an unlimited plan within the range of 700 to 800 per month. Which plan is going to be the best that does not have any disconnections issue? I use atleast 10 hours of internet at home. Please send your feedback.

Can you tell me that which one is going to be good? My monthly budget is Rs.800 and I work around 10 hours in a day with unlimited downloading.
